Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Our retail customer policy is pretty simple:

  • If you receive a product from us that is the wrong item, or defective as a result of anything that we did, we will repair or replace it - no questions asked.
  • If you ever break one of our products during normal, intended use, we will repair or replace it - this does not include any modifications, abuse or negligence.
  • If you ever damage or break one of our products during any military or law enforcement operation, for any reason or cause, we will replace it.
  • If you just don't want something, you can return it in the original packaging within 30 days of billing for a full refund.

Shipping

All products are shipped from our warehouse, usually within 24 hours of receipt of order (not counting weekends or holidays). Orders received after 1:00 PM (AZ) will be processed on the following work day. If for some reason your order is not going to ship within 72 hours of receipt, we will notify you via the email address that you used at the time of purchase.

You can check the status of your order at any time, by logging into your account and clicking on "View Order Status."

Due to ITAR Regulations and State Department Restrictions, we can not ship products outside of the United States; this includes APO and FPO addresses.
